COMPANY HISTORY

What is now Advance Circuit Technology, Inc. was created in 1983 to design and manufacture advanced hybrid circuits and pressure sensors for ABB Instrumentation.

The operation was purchased in 1998 by the employees and named Advanced Circuit Technology, Inc. (ACT). For two years, ACT leased space in the ABB facility, which resulted in a smooth, uninterrupted transition.

In December of 2000, the company relocated to its new home at 19 Jet View Drive, directly behind the Greater Rochester International Airport. The new state-of-the-art facility more than triples our previous space to 35,000 square feet, and allows us to expand our production as our customers’ needs require.

ACT specializes in contract manufacturing of hybrid circuits and printed circuit board assemblies and hybrid circuits. Our production is divided primarily between ceramic hybrid circuits and printed circuit board assemblies.

ACT continues to be a stable resource for the electronics industry.
